At STRIPES Golf, we take pride in handcrafting each set of our custom golf alignment sticks to meet your specific requirements. Due to the personalised nature of our products, all orders are made to order, making each set unique and one-of-a-kind. This includes customisations in size, color, name, serial number, and the integration of our exclusive Loopers technology.

Please Note:

  • No Returns for Change of Mind: As each set of alignment sticks is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or decide you do not want the color or customisation you selected.

  • Returns for Faulty Items: We stand by the quality of our products. If your STRIPES alignment sticks arrive with a fault due to our error (e.g., damaged Loopers technology), we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To qualify, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing details and photos of the fault.

  • Wear and Tear: Our alignment sticks are crafted to withstand regular use, but normal wear and tear are to be expected over time. We are not responsible for replacing products that show signs of normal usage or wear.

How to Return a Faulty Item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@stripesgolf.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the fault.

  3. Our team will assess your claim and provide further instructions for return or replacement if applicable.

International Customers: We deliver worldwide, and the same return policy applies to all international orders. Please note that shipping costs for returns may vary by country.
